We’ve been having big fun with Falloween for the past few years! The little girls did a plethora of fall festivities including an APAC (Alabama Post Adoption Connection) carnival with our friends, the Halls, for which Katy created her own “Nancy Drew” outfit.

Next was Frazer’s Fall Festival where we got to hang out with friends and family. Pictured is Baby Gap Patterson & her parents and Kitty Katie Causey & her parents. The many babies cousin Josh and Jen have added to the fam were also there.

After the fun & candy & laughs at church we joined door-to-door treating (no tricks) in step-bro Geiorge & Em’s neighborhood already in progress. Hay ride extraordinaire!

We “got her” on August 22, 2005…four years later it’s still a very special day for us as a family. She always wants to go to Kabuki Japanese Restaurant where they “have fire”. We had spent the day in the pool out at the farm so we were all pink!

Yuan Yuan has come a long way!

Ella Grace’s friend Shelby had a princess party & instead of dressing up as Cinderella or some such we made her into a Chinese princess. Anne Louise had such fun fixing her hair and we glittered her up with makeup, too. What a little priss. I’m so proud that she’s a little priss.

Ella Grace has been at such a sweet school this year. She’s made some wonderful friends. This is Shelby. She was also adopted from China. Everyone tells them at school they look like twins. When they do they both smack their foreheads at the same time which is hilarious. She has also come a long way academically. We decided to do kindergarten again this year. She will always be a year older than most in her grade, but i think that’s ok cause she needs to be a little girl as long as she can. She kinda missed some stuff in the beginning.
