Fourth of July
August 4th, 2008 by Robin Pass
The fourth of July is always special when you look in the face of a child who spent the first 2 years of her life in China and see her almond eyes light up from the firworks celebrating freedom. And the fireworks themselves take on a whole new meaning.
We always end up with Grandonna and Pop pop for the fourth. In the past we’ve enjoyed their beach house but for the last few years we’ve been farmin it. This year we even found fireworks down in the country by a person who live close and it was perfect. After we cooked out we took a cooler and opened the tailgate and had a great time.

Frank? Frank Pass? The long lost Frank of Prattville, AL? It’s probably supremely awkward that I’m finding you this way, via a comments section no less, but I couldn’t figure out another way to say hello. I’m not even sure you’ll remember who I am – Megan Lee, from Prattville United Methodist? I was in the JH/HS youth group stuff? I’ll digress. But, at the risk of being too forward, if you do remember me, will you e-mail me? I’d love to catch up, find out how you and everyone are. My e-mail is: meganrlee@gmail.com. I hope that I’ll hear from you and, if not, please know that I wish nothing but the best for all you’re doing!
