Anne Louise tried out for her middle school (5-8 grades) play. They will be doing The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe in February. She went through call backs and she was cast as LUCY! She is so excited!
Since her Pop Pop is a member of the Athenians, Katy had the opportunity to serve the Krewe by participating in the ball as a Princess. Finally! The world recognized what Katy had known all along!
Anne Louise stopped by before the main event started for a sneak peak. Ella Grace is just a bit too young for the experience!

After the formal presentations were finished, Katy hit the dance floor with all of her “main men.”

We had several great friends join us for this special evening. Among them were Richard and Laura Behr, Tim and Krissie Womble, and Rachel Waldrop (and her date ;o). Laura is the friend whom I have known the longest-since elementary school! That is Laura and me above.

My brother, Adam came down for dinner at the farm, and my sister Katie came home from North Carolina, too.
Our friend Josh, who didn’t make it to his house (in PA) for Thanksgiving joined us and provided the entertainment.
